No Refund & No Exchange Policy

At M. Herriott Designs, all of our items are made and curated with care to ensure the highest quality and uniqueness. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict No Refund / No Exchange policy.

No Refunds

All sales are final. Once an order has been placed and processed, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Delayed shipping due to courier issues

  • Misinterpretation of product descriptions or photos

No Exchanges

To preserve the integrity and hygiene of our products, we do not accept exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at melissa@mherriottdesigns.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will assess the issue and work with you on a suitable resolution, if applicable.
