The "Weight of the World" series was created to symbolize all that women carry and juggle. The "weight" of societal expectations and pressures... of taking care of families, careers, raising children, caring for parents, staying healthy, sane, connected to partners and friends. It represents heaviness, but it also symbolizes hope, big ideas, creativity, goals and ambitions. It's bold, beautiful, and one of a kind.
Original mixed-media painting on tree-free, synthetic, special-order artist paper. Painting is 14"x11" and will come with a (removable) white matte, bringing the size to 20"x16". Frame not included, but painting (with or without matte) is a standard frame size.
This painting has been sealed and UV protected, but ink (like the rest of us) ages better when protected from the sun. I always recommend framing behind UV glass or acrylic. You can find those frames on Amazon and of course custom/professional framing will give you that option.
